• Do no plagiarize the other works. This includes copying information from a classmate, using researched materials without proper citation, as well as repurposing your own work that was created for other assignments.

Your account should automatically create new projects using the MLA 8th edition and the advanced setting. If this is not the case for you, check your profile to ensure that you are linked with NHS and not Pollard or another school.
• In your writing, use in-text citations to connect quotes and paraphrased information to specific entries in your Works Cited. Use the navigation menu on the left for more information.
• Before submitting, read through your work and, if possible, have someone else read through it as well. Your teacher should not be the first person to read the finished work!
